I love reading the blogs of new members as they go through the class every year. It’s thrilling for me to watch their growth from week to week. I’m privileged to be supervising two tribes this year, as their intern guides work with them from week to week. This week I’m highlighting a blog from Stefanie, who is a member of Brad’s tribe. she’s starting to feel some movement in her subby, and she is awaking to the new Stefanie – the beautiful individual she is becoming through this process.

“This week feels different . . . I’m actually not feeling much at all like I have been before . . . almost numb
Is this my old blueprint trying to rise up in resistance? Is the wonder of it all starting to wear off as the daily exercises become more routine?
I actually prefer to believe it’s because the exercises ARE becoming the new blueprint and becoming habitual . . . and habits are often done with not much thought or feeling at all.
Weeks 1-7 were practices with the diagrammed plays and strategies and Week 8 is game time! time to put these plans in action and showing accountability with our mastermind partner.
I take it back . . .
I am noticing a general sense of peace, a calmness in my days, as I remember to look around and notice God’s creation, the crunch as I walk through fallen leaves, the sights and sounds of nature that bring a smile to my face . . . remembering to be grateful for all that I have, as I begin to believe in the future that I am now creating and deserve.
Game on . . .”

I love her line, “habits are often done with not much thought or feeling at all.” That’s how we know we are overcoming habits that haven’t served us well, when we ‘wake-up’ and notice the new habit is becoming automatic!
Bravo, Stefanie! I can’t wait to see what you’ve discovered and how you’ve changed by the end of the course!

Nancy, thank you! I am honored to have you in our tribe and as a new friend in my life. (I didn’t know you like to sing! Me too! I’d love to hear a demo. ❤️)
Just because I love to sing, doesn’t mean anyone will ever hear it!
