This weekend I got to do that again!
I had a small photography business that I closed several years ago. It was not the right time for me for a number of reasons, but I never entirely gave it up! I love taking images of people – I love ‘capturing their spirit in a creative way’! – (my old tagline. 🙂 )
I have a high school classmate who has made an awesome career of landscape, nature, architecture, and other non-human photography, and I admire him greatly, but that kind of photography bores me to do, but I LOVE looking at it. I need the energy of the people I’m photographing to keep me going!
Anyway, I got to do some pics of a precious pumpkin and his family to capture him at eight months, before he starts running around and losing the chubby rolls!

Isn’t he adorable?

This young man grew up on our street, and we consider him our third son!
I always enjoy creating a triptych or some kind of collage to show the client what may look good on their wall. This is what I came up with this time!

And, interestingly enough, working on these while listening to music all day, I realize I was much calmer. No social media, no news, no background of the constant barrage of CV news. Hummm, maybe we should turn off the noise and get some peace. What do you think?

Nancy, nice pics. Thanks for sharing. So glad you’re still on the journey
Thanks! Appreciate you stopping by!
Great Idea! Let’s Do it Now!
Turning off the noise is always a good idea!
