Fifty years is a long time to wait!
There are so many things I could say about this team and the last two seasons. But I won’t.
It takes a burning desire, a definiteness of purpose, and a mastermind to reach your goals, and the KC Chiefs organization demonstrated those three qualities to the utmost in the last eight months!
Burning Desire = Win the AFC Championship and bring the Lamar Hunt trophy to Kansas City, then go on to win Super Bowl LIV, and add the Lombardi trophy to the case.
Definiteness of Purpose = the team was not distracted from their goal, even with some injuries and setbacks – they kept their focus.
A Mastermind Group = A mastermind is two or more people who work in perfect harmony for the attainment of a definite purpose, and that was readily apparent here!
