. . . And here’s why
December 10th, one of our group came on Marco Polo and was totally honest about how he’d been doing all the MK habits, but his heart hadn’t really been in it, but he was persevering. That sparked another member to get on and encourage him, and she agreed that sometimes it’s just not as much fun to do what you’re supposed to do, and then she asked the group how they deal with feeling down or depressed.

We had an AMAZING day of sharing on MP!
The banner photo above are screenshots from my MP record of the day. It was incredible. Everyone popped in and shared from the heart. Almost every single person admitted to the same feelings from time-to-time.
As everyone shared how they deal with ‘off’ days, a theme emerged – – -give. Be grateful. Do something for others. It gets your mind off of your self and what you may be going through and puts you in the flow, and as you give, you receive. Your mood improves, your outlook becomes brighter, and your thoughts are more clear.
And as the universe always does, a confirmation dropped into my lap. I happened to be listening to a podcast while all these Polo notifications were ringing, ringing, ringing. It was comedian and commentator, Steven Crowder’s show, and after the usual tom-foolery, he opened up and shared that he was very sad because they had decided to let his beloved Hopper cross the rainbow bridge.

Amazingly, as our tribe polo conversations had turned to gratitude and service, so had the podcast – listen here:
“What can I be grateful for, and how can I serve others?” ~ S. Crowder

What are you grateful for and how can you be of service today?

What an amazing ‘coincidence’! MKE is a great family of love and support. Truly, there is nothing like it! How blessed we all are!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Yes, we are blessed! Thanks for your great comments!
So great, Nancy…………we are a good tribe. I enjoyed listening to the Zoom today.
